The minimum stay in the off season is 2 nights in season 3 nights minimum.
Lodging tax: 12%
Deposits: I require at least 30% when reservation is made. Balance is due 2 weeks before vacation date. Cancellations: WIthin one month reservation made full refund, after that when date re-rents, otherwise credit for future visit.
Other Fees: The building charges a one time $40 parking/registration fee.

"My friends and I have been renting the house on Traders Cove for many years. It is beautifully decorated, has great appliances, and is well-kept. The deck is perfect for watching the activity on the bay, early morning sunrises with coffee, and evening sunsets with wine. Its location is convenient for dining and shopping. Plus, there is on-site parking. We love Traders Cove!!"
